We are recruiting engineering graduates who possess drive and determination,
excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team but with
the desire to be self-managing and empowered. We strongly believe that most, if not
all skills, are transferable and therefore, can guarantee that your skills and
experience will be utilised to the full.
You have probably got (or will be expecting to get) at least a 2:2 but just as
important to us are your personal qualities. We also want to hear about you, what
interests you and what motivates you.
We have 4 graduate places on offer starting in October 2008. The programme has been
designed to offer our graduates exposure to all of our businesses. Focusing on
engineering, we have included training and development in all facets of our
business, to include Operations, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Planning and project
Management.
After your first 18 months, you will be well equipped with all the necessary skills
to develop your engineering career with us. We will work closely with you during the
final 6 months of the programme to determine your aspirations and place you in a
business that will enable you to continue to develop your career. |
