Gallaher are seeking talented and energetic graduates with the potential to develop excellent general management skills. An 18 month training programme will develop these skills starting with 3 months intensive sales training followed by a variety of secondments which will provide first hand experience of a number of management roles including Sales & Marketing responsibilities. As a graduate trainee in Gallaher you will have responsibility and accountability from the start of your training period and you will be required to deliver against set objectives.

At the end of the training period, successful graduate trainees will be appointed to their first management position which is most likely to be within Sales Management but could also be within the Marketing function.
