We have a range of opportunities available within Accounting & Finance, Investment, Operations, Risk Management & Compliance, Sales & Marketing (European Rotation Programme) and Systems. None of these is an easy option by any stretch, but we’re nothing if not supportive. This isn’t just about analytical flair – although that is a vital component. We’re looking for graduates who can relate to and gain respect from people all across the business. Things change fast and often here, too, so a lightning quick thought process and an eagerness to learn more are both fundamental.

The recruitment process consists of an online application, interviews and assessment centres. The content depends on your chosen business area, but will involve getting closer to the appropriate business team and meeting the people you’ll be working with, including senior management. In addition to English, fluency in at least one further European language is essential for our European Rotation Programme.
