The Retail Banking Programme offer the chance for graduates with the potential to be the future leaders of our retail bank. You’ll need a genuine passion for retail and you’ll understand the importance of working on the front line to deliver exceptional customer service and inspire those around you to do the same.

Commercial Bank (previously Business Banking) needs graduates with good analytical skills, practical experience of leading projects or teams, passion, perseverance and an interest in influencing large scale of change to join our Operations Programme.

Barclaycard offer a rotational programme designed for motivated and ambitious graduates with good communication and numerical skills who want to gain exposure to different business areas before deciding which route is best for you.

Each scheme has slightly different person requirements. For each we'll be looking for a strong academic background but you must also be the sort of person that asks questions and ll need the drive and ambition to improve on what's gone before and the potential to make a real impact on our business.
