We predominantly recruit for three-year training contracts in Business Services, although roles also exist in Tax, Corporate Finance, and Restructuring and Recovery.

There’s plenty of early responsibility, coupled with far-reaching variety across lots of sectors and sizes of business. We have an established reputation in the arts, entertainment, charities, property and professional practice, as well as business recovery and corporate finance, where we help float companies on AIM. We also specialise in working with owner managed, entrepreneurial and growing businesses to achieve their ambitions.

All of this means you’ll have to be on your toes from day one, eager to soak up as much information as possible, but you’ll be well supported every step of the way with a dedicated training programme which will take you through everything from the basics, like auditing balance sheet items to more complex assignments which will see you taking responsibility and enjoying autonomy. In just 18 months you could be working on major projects and supervising staff.

Our three-year structured graduate programme has been designed to help you achieve chartered status as quickly as possible. It includes internal and external study, as well as individual support and guidance. Our excellent pass rates tell their own story – as do the many people who’ve gone on to build outstanding careers from this superb foundation.

Once you’ve qualified, the career potential is just about unlimited. Stay with us and you could specialise in a particular service line or client sector. There are also secondment opportunities through our links with Baker Tilly International.
