What are the entry requirements?
We look for well-rounded individuals with an excellent record of achievement in both academic and extra curricular activities. In general you will have a 2:1 or above in a technical discipline, although a 2-2 will be considered if backed up by relevant work experience or achievements in other areas. However some roles may have different requirements, please see individual vacancies for details. You will also need to be flexible regarding your mobility as you may be required to work away from your base location for 5 days a week for the duration of assignments.

What stages are involved in the recruitment process?
