Composing a Great Job Posting
Think of your posting as an advertisement. The more inviting and informative your ad is, the better your response will be. Here is a typical job posting to graduate-jobs.com along with some helpful tips.

Title
The more descriptive the better! Example: "eCommerce Business Development Manager - Travel"

Keywords
Possibly the most important information accompanying your posting. Keywords are what 50% of graduates use to find your job posting. Keywords should be used wisely, be as specific and as comprehensive as possible and we encourage you to think laterally.
Keywords in our example could include: "e-commerce, ecommerce, travel, manager, management, tourism, www, internet, tourism".
EACH KEYWORD SHOULD BE SEPARATED BY A COMMA.

Job Precis
Use this section as your hook to entice a serious candidate. graduates who login to view jobs which match their registration profile will initially only see the job precis that you compose so make sure it's a good one! Try this:

This is a key role to develop and manage e-commerce relationships across a wide number of industries and services, all with the aim of making newcompany Ltd the easiest and best place on the web to buy and sell anything under the sun.

Job Detail
This is your opportunity to go into more depth about the job and the company. Try to keep it brief but informative. Try this:
"This is a key role to develop, innovate, lateral thinker who isn't afraid of hard work and someone who has the ability to think both 'big picture' and also focus on detail required.
In this role you will be able to to identify, follow up and evaluate potential partners and negotiate commercial deals. Whilst internet experience isn't a prerequisite a passion for and very good understanding of the UK Internet market is.
In return you'll get some amazing experience with one of the biggest internet players represented in 21 countries throughout the World."

Industry Sectors
Choosing appropriate industry sectors is key for you to receive applications from appropriate candidates. It sounds obvious but choose the engineering sector if you recrive applications from engineering candidates. You may choose up to three sectors per posted job.

Requirements - Be specific!
