Should You Choose Innovex? Does One of These Positions Sound Right for You? Direct Sales. We recruit, train and manage primary care, secondary care and specialty sales teams. The exact nature of the work varies considerably, depending on customer needs. It can include being part of a completely new sales team, supplementing a company’s internal sales team during a short-term buildup, or helping customers manage short-term vacancies. Innovex field representatives meet face to face with general practitioners or specialists and deliver targeted messages concerning pharmaceutical and biotech products. We also have an ongoing need for skilled field and district sales managers. Clinical Education. Practitioners’ professional attitudes and actions are based on medical education. Innovex Clinical Educators, Nurse Advisers and Medical Science Liaisons provide education that leads to understanding that leads to action that helps both physicians and patients. We are looking for nurses or candidates with an advanced degree in medicine or healthcare who want to help practitioners improve diagnoses, treatment and outcomes for their patients. Clinical Educators provide valuable information – in full compliance with all regulations and industry guidelines – that helps practitioners improve the quality of care and increase patient compliance. It’s almost like a CME program that comes to the doctor’s office, at the doctor’s convenience. Specifically, Clinical Educators
They also sit with patients – one on one or in groups – and help them understand how to take their medicines (for example, how to use a new infusion device or how to self-inject) and why they need to do it exactly as prescribed. The emphasis is on ensuring that patients understand what is being said and why it is important, and on motivating them in ways that will increase compliance. Medical Science Liaisons are required to have strong science backgrounds and advanced degrees that qualify them to perform a number of specialized services:
