How we choose you?
We exclusively select our graduates from assessment centres which use a mix of psychometric tests, individual and group exercises to assess your ability to communicate, persuade and solve problems under pressure.

Our assessment centres are a great challenge and our standards are very high. Only 5% of graduates will make it through, but those that do will be on the fast track to success.

We believe that success in sales is about ability and a winning attitude which we test in our assessment centres. As such we welcome applications from any degree subject and class.

The only condition is that you must have studied to degree level and not graduated longer than 5 years ago.
